A year without God

I heard about pastor Bell last year, about how he wanted to live without religion or Christ for a year.

I remember scoffing at the television. Perhaps he was so deeply ingrained in his own parish or church that he needed a viable excuse to get out or that he genuinely wanted to experiment.

Personally, I think this was the former. He has not even completed his full year and he has his conclusion. This means he knew that he leaned toward atheism but could not because of his position in the church.

It shouldn’t have to be like that. I’m not condoning him or anything, but honestly, sometimes we Christians are so closed-minded. Sometimes, people care too much over what others think.
